A New Version of the Virtual Oscilloscope Has Been Released for Beta Testing
A significantly updated version of the Virtual Oscilloscope simulation has been developed and is now available for beta testing on Physics Zone. Feedback from users is being actively sought before the final release.
Several notable improvements have been introduced in this version. Most significantly, a Signal Addition (ADD) mode has been implemented, allowing the sum of two independent signals to be displayed simultaneously on the oscilloscope screen. This feature is particularly valuable for electronics and electrical engineering students, as it enables the visual exploration of signal superposition and Kirchhoff’s voltage law in an interactive environment.
In addition to the new functionality, the user interface has been refined. Controls are now more responsive and the overall interaction experience has been made more intuitive across both desktop and mobile devices.
Users are invited to test the simulation and share their experience through a one-question feedback form. All responses will be taken into consideration in shaping the final release.
