Update to the Interference of Waves Simulation

I’ve just improved the probe graph display in the Interference of Waves Simulation.
The probe’s waveform display now renders mathematically perfect sinusoidal waves — eliminating the subtle distortions that appeared in the previous version. The fix moves from a frame-rate-dependent history buffer to a fully analytic time-domain rendering, meaning the displayed waveforms are computed directly from the wave equations at every frame, independent of system performance.
This makes the simulation more reliable as a teaching and learning tool, especially when demonstrating superposition and phase relationships.
